Bookings

A booking is confirmed once payment (or the required deposit) has been received and you have received a confirmation email. Unpaid reservations are held for a short period and then released automatically.

Prices

Prices are shown in UAE Dirhams (AED). Value Added Tax is added at the prevailing rate and shown before payment.

Guests

The number of guests on board may not exceed the vessel’s licensed capacity. The captain may refuse boarding to anyone who is intoxicated or behaving unsafely.

Weather and safety

Charters may be rescheduled or cancelled by the captain or the authorities for weather or safety reasons. In that case you may choose a new date or a refund of amounts paid for the affected charter.

Damage

The booking guest is responsible for damage caused by their party, excluding normal wear and tear.
