When you book or enquire we collect your name, email address, phone number, booking details and any special requests you share. Payment card details are entered on our payment provider’s secure page and are never stored on our servers.

How we use it

We use your information to manage your booking, send confirmations and reminders, answer enquiries, meet legal and tax obligations, and — only with your consent — send occasional offers.

Sharing

We share data only with service providers who help us operate (payment processing, email delivery, hosting) and with authorities where the law requires it.

Retention

Booking and payment records are kept for as long as required by UAE tax and commercial law. Enquiries that do not lead to a booking are deleted after 24 months.

Your rights
