Booking
Choose a yacht, pick a date and an available start time, select the duration and number of guests, then pay securely online. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as payment is complete.
Yes. When you continue to payment we hold the slot for a short time. If payment is not completed in that window, the slot is released for other guests.
Most yachts can be booked from 2 hours. The minimum and maximum duration for each yacht is shown on its booking panel.
Pricing
Hourly rates are shown before VAT. The 5% VAT is added and shown clearly in the price breakdown before you pay.
For eligible bookings you can pay a deposit online and settle the balance before your charter. The deposit amount is shown at checkout.
On the day
Each yacht lists its marina — Dubai Harbour or Pier 7 Dubai Marina. Exact meeting point details are included in your confirmation email.
A valid Emirates ID or passport for each guest, sunscreen and soft-soled shoes. Let us know about any celebrations or special requests when booking.
Changes
Yes — see our Cancellation & Refund Policy. Cancellations made at least 48 hours before departure are fully refunded. You can request a cancellation from your account.
If the captain or authorities cancel a charter for safety reasons, you can choose a new date or a full refund.
