Cancelling your booking

You can request a cancellation from your account or by contacting us. Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the start time receive a full refund of amounts paid. Later cancellations are not refundable unless the slot can be re-sold.

Rescheduling

We are happy to move your booking to another available date and time where possible.

Weather

If a charter is cancelled by the captain or the authorities for weather or safety reasons, you may choose a new date or a full refund.

Refund timing

Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Card refunds usually appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
