On board

• Every charter is operated by a licensed captain and crew.
• Life jackets are on board for every guest, including children’s sizes. Please tell us the ages of any children when booking.
• Follow the crew’s instructions at all times, especially when boarding, disembarking and swimming.
• Swimming is only permitted where and when the captain allows it.

Before you arrive

• Bring a valid Emirates ID or passport for every guest — marina security may check identification.
• Arrive at the marina 15 minutes before your departure time.
• Wear soft-soled shoes; you may be asked to go barefoot on deck.

Jet car experiences

• Drivers must meet the minimum age shown on the experience page and complete the safety briefing.
• Life jackets must be worn at all times on the water.
• Experiences may be paused or cancelled in poor weather.
